Refund Policy
Metri Power Washing, LLC is committed to providing professional exterior cleaning and property maintenance services. Because our services involve scheduling, labor, travel, equipment, materials, and other costs that may be incurred before or during a project, refunds are handled as follows.
Deposits
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once a project has been scheduled. Deposits may be applied toward materials, equipment, administrative costs, and reserving labor and scheduling capacity.
If Metri Power Washing, LLC is unable to perform the contracted work and the parties cannot agree upon a reasonable rescheduled date, any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations
Refunds resulting from a customer cancellation are subject to the cancellation terms contained in the applicable estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Any cancellation charges may be deducted from amounts previously paid before a refund is issued.
Completed Services
Payments for services that have been substantially completed are non-refundable.
Exterior cleaning results can vary depending on the age and condition of the surface, staining, oxidation, deterioration, previous coatings or treatments, biological growth, permanent discoloration, and other conditions outside of Contractor's control. The inability to restore a surface to a like-new condition does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.
Service Concerns
Customers should notify Metri Power Washing, LLC of any concern with completed work as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
When a legitimate workmanship issue exists, Metri Power Washing, LLC will generally be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected area and, when appropriate, correct or re-perform the affected portion of the service before any refund or credit is considered.
Refusing Contractor a reasonable opportunity to inspect or correct the work may limit eligibility for a refund or credit.
Partial Refunds and Credits
When appropriate, Metri Power Washing, LLC may issue a partial refund, service credit, or other reasonable adjustment based on the portion of the contracted work that was not performed or did not meet the agreed scope of work.
Any refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service or portion of the project.
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided solely because a customer changes their mind after services have been performed, materials have been purchased, equipment has been rented, or other project-specific costs have been incurred.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned using a reasonable payment method determined by Metri Power Washing, LLC. Any non-refundable costs, cancellation charges, completed work, materials, equipment rentals, processing fees, or other amounts properly owed under the agreement may be deducted from the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Relationship to Terms and Conditions
This Refund Policy is supplemental to Metri Power Washing, LLC's Terms and Conditions and any applicable estimate, proposal, or service agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control and supersede this Refund Policy.
